After four years of discussions with the Ministry of Health, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry and FRIEND in the month of July. The MOU will now enable FRIEND to refer patients from the communities to be served at the hospitals without being treated as private patients. The agreement will also enable FRIEND staff to attend training programs organized by the Ministry
